About NDG

About the Founder

The real change began in 2023, during my first trip to Bali with my family. We had always dreamed of visiting, as our roots lie in Indonesia, but the pandemic and other challenges had kept us away for years.

I arrived in Bali at a moment in my life when I felt disconnected from myself and everything around me. After seeing my mother truly happy and carefree again for the first time in a while, something shifted in me — I realized I wanted to recreate that feeling for her, for others, and build something meaningful in the process.

Our Journey

We officially started in early 2024, inspired by an international development that introduced us to the world of real estate investing. From the beginning, we quickly saw how this industry could create value for both investors and end-users.

By early 2025, we fully relocated to Bali to manage ongoing projects directly. Six months later, a turning point occurred through a private bamboo villa development — we achieved greater design freedom, much lower investment requirements, and shorter development timelines.
